They can find themselves unable to “manage their mates” and are ill-equipped to truly lead their team.

The HR Collective has developed a suite of tools for new, emerging leaders and the experienced that need a refresher, that takes them on a journey from the basics of management through to more advanced leadership techniques for creating high performing teams.

 

Starting with three workshops over a 12 month period (Manage, Coach, Develop) employees can hone their craft in between sessions. These workshops can be combined with other strategic leadership tools to create an ongoing development program.

 

Clients can choose from a menu of workshops to create a bespoke suite that suits the needs of the organisation.

It is recommended that regardless of menu choice, training is supported by 1:1 executive coaching with each learner.

 

Employee led, these sessions allow the learner to seek guidance on their journey, including supporting specific examples, but supporting them to find their own solutions.
