Andrea Hardy has been in the recruitment & HR industry since 1995.
Her recruitment experience has focused on temporary, contract & permanent recruitment across a broad section of industry including executive, business support, light industrial, healthcare, call centre, and creative.
Since diversifying into human resources Andrea has gained skills in the full employee life cycle from hire to fire and all facets in between.
Andrea holds a Certificate in Human Resource Consulting from Monash University, is a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner and a Fellow of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA).

A qualified Life Coach, Andrea also runs Lotus Life Coaching.
Outside of the office Andrea is a Board Member of Dress for Success Auckland, a charity that supports women into the workforce by providing interview clothing, building confidence and workshops to aid employment retention.
Look further past the desk and you will find Andrea on the water as a Stand-Up Paddle Board instructor.
